This necklace is very pretty and the customer service was great as they chose a necklace that fits my requests. You cannot take the pendant off the chain unfortunately as the pendant hole is too small to slide out however that's not an issue for me and good if you don't plan to use a different chain as it prevents the pendant from slipping out if you lose your grip or drop it.
