Die Qualität des Produktes hat nicht überzeugt. Weder in der Verarbeitung noch in der Farbe des Produktes. Eine Rücksendung ist nur möglich auf eigene Kosten. Das ist enttäuschend, wenn der Rückversand mehr als 1/3 des Kaufpreises ausmacht und das obwohl die Ware nicht den Angaben entsprach. Weiterhin wurde m.E. nicht ordnungsgemäß auf die anfallenden Kosten für einen Rückversand hingewiesen
