Wrong size ring was sent in error. I ordered a 6US & received a 6.5US. After A LOT of 'negotiations' I was finally issued a refund. Make sure you read the entire policy on returns/exchanges as it also applies to if its their error. Product seemed to be of good quality for the price though.
